Cancellation policy

In order to cancel your reservation you will need to communicate with us via email at info@muses-kefalonia.gr stating “Reservation Cancellation” in the subject or call at +30 26740 22375.

Please note that to cncel a reservation held online (via internet, through the re servation system in our website), you will have to send the cancellation email from the account used for the reservation.

The email is required to contain all the information you declared during the reservation, as well as the reservation code.

If, in any casem you encounter any problems, please communicate with us either via email or fax at +30 26740 22350 or call us at +30 26740 22375 or at +30 6977 405060.

Limitations

► You can cancel your reservations with no other obligations, if the above cancellation procedure is followed, at least 15 days before the arrival due date. In this case, you will be fully refunded.

► In the case of a later cancellation, in less than 15 days from your due arrival, or if you do not arrive at all on the due date, without previous notice, the cost of half (50%) the nights will be deducted from the initial deposit.

Refunds

► Your deposit will be refunded within 15 working days in a similar way as it was deposited in the first place (credit card or bank deposit).

► Please note that for security reasons, no refunds may be credited to a different account than the one used during your reservation payment, while refunded amounts may be charged with transaction fees from your bank.
