Reservation policy

Our website entails an online reservation system through which you may check the availability in real time and perform your reservation.

No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested booking has been made, within two days from your reservation.

Full payment may be made either using a paypal account or credit/debit card through the secure and encrypted environment of paypal.com, or with a bank deposit/wire from any bank in the world.

In the case of reservation for the same or nest day, we require full payment online on the spot, or the bank deposit receipt via email at info@muses-kefalonia.gr or fax at +30 26740 22350.

During the reservation process you will be asked some personal information necessary to receive your unique personal reservation code.

For us to better serve your needs, please quote the above code in every communication with us.
